Then if your stats can wear SS set or ShadowSteel Armor Setthen buy some adept parts, just just buy +2 +3skill exp or higher than that, (runes of magic gold)and stick to that set. until you can wear osmium sets but don't buy crafted OSM. just buy 2slotted osm. but for sword you can have 1 or 2 slots.
This are the options that you need, You can use lower grade parts as catalyst. for Example. You want your OSM armorsuit to have HP bonus just use Shadow Titanium Helm, it means that use your catalyst lower than the Part that you want to have OPT.
