Tactics
Line up with your opponent, use it and then follow them. If casted at the instant when your opponent was in range, they will receive the 3 hits and get knockdown/launched, giving you a chance to Stormblade or Cutdown/Relaunch and Stormblade. It is basically a long ranged option that is instant in the sense. It is easy to connect as all you have to do is be in range for just a second to cast. At level 1, it will simply knockdown, however since people do not really expect Bro Lee to hit as 1. They do not know how the skill works and 2. They didn't see it as they were running away, hence they will be unable to predict the knockdown and roll. At level 3, it launches both standing and fallen opponents slightly, letting you run forward and Stormblade if they are within range. If you did a recovery roll to the side, meaning, you can do a Incoming Bro! immediately to get back at your aggressor.
At the same time, there is also an 8 hit Bro Lee skill(runes of magic gold) that hits only the front of you. You can launch with level 1 cutdown height at level 3, supposedly launches to a good height with level 5. Hits only standing and fallen units after level 3. The launch/knockdown occurs after the animation. You should note that the animation is delayed, because the damage is dealt immediately upon casting, and people in the range of the spell when it was casted will be hit even if they run away. Vice-versa, people who walk into the range of the spell after it was casted will simply see the animation do nothing to them.
