This ROM guide is useful to those who keep on rolling power stones(Runes of Magic Gold) that only have 2 stats on them. There's a 1 in 15 chance that you will get this to happen, so you're looking at 150-300k total to make one elite 2 Green, 8 Yellow statted item. We recommend using the 5600G power stones cause you will save money that way.
